GOODBYE, BLUE JAY. HELLO, RETIREMENT!

After 10 wonderful years, Santiago's Taco Shop officially closed its doors in July 2026.

To our loyal customers, wonderful employees, friends, and neighbors: thank you for being part of our story. We've loved serving this mountain community, and we're grateful for all the memories we've made together.

With heartfelt thanks,
The Santiago's Family
